Disappointed
that the hatching of her army of eggs is taking longer than she expected,
Radish has placed an advertisement at the local shops for avian mercenaries.
She has only had one response to date - from Echo the Eclectus. Echo made a
special trip to Joyfallee for an interview. He tried to convince Radish that he
would be an outstanding asset to the army - he would be able to distract the
enemy with his bright colours and raucous voice, allowing Radish to dart in for
the kill. Radish was less than impressed and advised him not to give up his day
job. Having spent his last cracker on travel to Joyfallee, Echo is not sure how
he will get home again, but he is not too worried, as he is quite enjoying his
mini-break...apart from the advances of the strange brown hoppity thing with
unnecessarily long ears, who seems never to have been introduced to the concept
of personal space.
