Horses' Birthday 2012
Inspired
by the chickens' horticultural activities (including vigorous digging and
scratching in mulch, controlling insect pests by eating them without fear or
favour, and almost continuous production of fertiliser), Mrs Beaut has taken up
gardening in her dotage. She is especially proud of the crop of daffodils she
has grown in her paddock.
